The Frillback is a breed of fancy pigeon developed over many years of selective breeding. The breed is known for the frill or curls on the wing shield feathers. The feather curl should also be present at the ends of the foot feathers or muffs.

Loczki posiadają pióra pokrywowe na skrzydłach, barkach i grzbiecie skręcone spiralnie, a na brzuchu, udach i podudziu mają postrzępioną chorągiewkę, co nadaje upierzeniu wygląd zmierzwionej wełny. Duże pióra skrzydeł (lotki) i ogona (sterówki) są również zwełnione i rozstrzępione.

Die Lockentaube gehört zu den Haustauben. Lockentauben haben die Gestalt einer kräftigen, breitbrüstigen, mittelhoch gestellten Feldtaube. Das Gefieder ist etwas locker. Wichtigstes Rassemerkmal sind die gelockten Federn auf dem Flügelschild.
