Bering strait divides two continents: Asia and North America - Russia and USA. Due to this strait being on the Arctic Ocean and close to the North Pole, this area is cold and Bering Strait sometimes freezes.

Die Beringstraße trennt Asien und Nordamerika (Russland und die Vereinigten Staaten). Die Straße verbindet den Arktischen Ozean mit dem Pazifischen Ozean. Weil es in der Nähe der Arktis liegt, gefriert es oft.
